At Timeless Home Care, our story began with a shared calling: to care for others the same way we cared for our own family. What started as two people working directly in senior care grew into a lifelong commitment to help older adults age with dignity, comfort, and genuine support in their own homes.

Our Founders, Our Caregivers at Heart

When Mike and Christy met in 2010, Christy was working as a social worker in a health and rehabilitation center focused on senior care, and Mike was serving as an EMT. Neither of them could have imagined how their individual paths in caregiving would evolve into a shared purpose.
They married in 2012 and started their family the following year, each continuing to build full-time careers dedicated to supporting older adults. As their experience grew, so did their leadership—Mike went on to operate successful assisted living communities, while Christy managed an assisted living and memory care center before advancing to a Nursing Home Administrator role. The work was demanding, but deeply meaningful.
In time, they were given the opportunity to transition into home care operations, bringing their expertise directly into the homes of seniors who wanted to remain independent. This shift took on even greater significance when their own parents needed care. Guided by faith and compassion, they walked alongside their families through some of life’s most tender moments.
Through that experience, they saw just how life-changing quality in-home care can be. It reinforced not only their ability to thrive as a team, but their shared passion for helping seniors stay safe, supported, and connected at home.
That spark of purpose inspired them to create a home care company built on the values they lived every day—family owned, family operated, and family focused.
